To get a shipping quote, just add the items to your shopping cart and click Calculate Shipping to see the various shipping methods and their cost. For assistance on shipping charges for bulk orders or palletized lots, you can contact their office.
Topper International ships general merchandise, liquidations and wholesale lots Monday through Friday on a global basis. All liquidation and wholesale lot orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST are processed and shipped same day. Whenever possible, orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Topper International uses various reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Echo Global. Topper also offers in-store pick up Monday through Friday at their Pembroke Park, FL warehouse.
Topper’s return policy requires proper confirmation and initiation of documents within 3 days of shipment arrival with a 20% restocking fee on undamaged returns. We asked Stewart if he could identify any industry trends affecting the liquidation industry. “As a liquidator, we find ourselves doing more business in tough economic times,” said Stewart. “Not only are more companies liquidating assets, but companies are also more inclined to find better, lower cost options for purchasing goods,” he concluded.
